We are a locally owned and operated family business that has been serving the Delaware and Maryland beaches since 1986. Our goal is to provide personal service and offer each association the individual attention they deserve. Our combined staff is knowledgeable in all facets of association management. We currently manage, but are not limited to, condominiums, single family homes, townhouses and a recreation association.
We are fully computerized, using the latest technology available for tracking costs, billing, financial reports, invoicing, collections and general accounting, etc. Additionally, Shore Management has on staff Association Management Specialists certified by CAI. We are also members in good standing with the DCMA, Ocean City, Bethany Beach & Fenwick Island Chambers of Commerce, from whom we have won numerous landscape awards for the attention and detail we give to each of our properties.
We feel it is equally important to know our homeowners as individuals and that with Shore Management you are not just a unit number. We offer 24 hour answering services for any after hour’s emergencies or lock outs. We offer very personalized services to our homeowners that most management companies do not. Such as our “Winter Security Program”; where we go into your unit on a weekly basis to check to see if your unit is secure your heat is maintained at a proper temperature or that no pipes have frozen. Included in this program, should you decide to visit your unit in the off season give us a call, we will turn up your heat and turn on your hot water heater so it is nice for your arrival. In the summer we will turn up your air conditioning too. This is a program we started years ago and has grown over the years. We want to give our clients “peace of mind” for their investments at the beach.
